For the ultimate business deals, you shouldn't underestimate the value of corporate gifts to an organisation. These are items which can make your business stand out that little bit more and make it look more professional. 

Every company's aims are generally the same – to be the best they can be in the industry. This is often an unrealistic aim, particularly for smaller businesses, as they are likely to have such big businesses to compete with. Smaller businesses cannot compete with larger organisations financially, however, they can in terms of customer service. Corporate gifts can be any manner of items, whether it be an executive pen, an executive desk item or even a branded umbrella, all are considered to be corporate gifts. When choosing corporate gifts, the important aspect is to choose selectively who receives them. Whilst you may want to reward all of your customers, it isn't always possible on a budget. You should, therefore, choose customers who are loyal to your brand, and considered to be an asset. 

The act of sending out gifts can really help with customer loyalty which is very important to a business if they want to survive. They can also be used to encourage customers to spend more with the company, so as a way of sales promotion, or to attract new customers which can give a boost to turnaround and profits. Either way, the products you choose and the way you choose to distribute them is important. 

If you are looking to increase customers loyalty, then you may want to give your gifts out in a more personal way, such as by holding an event. At the event, you can get to know your customers as well as give out the corporate gifts which will ensure that your brand is consistent in their minds even after they've left. 

If you are looking at increasing turnover, then perhaps you could send out executive keyrings which detail a sales promotion on them. For example, if the customer makes six transactions, they will be marked off on the keyring and they will receive something for free.
