Excellent service from Total Merchandise from start to finish. Poppy S was responsive, patient and helpful throughout the process, particularly while we worked through several design changes to get everything right. Communication was clear, delivery was on time, and the finished mouse mats are excellent quality. A very positive experience and I'd be happy to use Total Merchandise again.

Just had a delivery of pens from Total Merchandise. Poppy S organised the design work for us and was more than happy to help, despite me asking for multiple options to be mocked up. The pens and printing were exactly as described, and they were produced and delivered to us really quickly!

Excellent prices for our charity and good customer service

As a charity, we’re always keeping an eye out for reasonably priced merch and materials for the programmes we run for young people. We’ve been looking for a merch company who are honest about their prices, who include their VAT in quotes and who make the process as easy as possible. I ordered some teddy bears for our nursery school leavers. I dealt with Isabelle, who was extremely helpful and would send me out proofs and respond to any queries I had very quickly.
