TM KIDS' COMPETITION! Win T-Shirts For Your Classmates

We're offering ten children the chance to design and win their very own T-shirts.

Okay, so: we get it. If you're a parent and are currently at home with your children, we imagine you'll be on the look-out for something - anything! - to help keep them entertained for just a few more minutes, and even more so if you're currently working from home

With that in mind, the team at Total Merchandise are delighted to launch our Design Your Own T-Shirt competition, which will give ten children across the country the unique chance to design and win T-shirts for their classmates.

The T-shirt in question? Our unisex Gildan Kids' Softstyle Promotional T-Shirts, which is the perfect tee for children. Available in 22 different colours, it's one of our best-selling children's items due to its comfortable fit and versatile nature.

Using our T-shirt template, we're asking kids across the UK to get seriously creative and design the T-shirt they'd be proud to wear, and that they'd love to give to their friends, too! So encourage your kids to grab the pens, pencils and paint (or the iPad, if free drawing software like Canva is more their thing) - it's time to get creative.

Our three founders - David, Michelle and Jason - will judge all the entries and pick ten lucky winners who will each receive 25 of their T-shirts to give their classmates in time for the start of the new school year.

How To Enter The Competition

  • Decide how your child will create their design. You can: a) download and print out our T-shirt template b) create a digital design using an online tool such as Canva or c) simply use a piece of plain white A4 paper. It's up to you and your child!
  • It's time for your child to get creative! Our simple artwork guidelines (below) will give some guidance in terms of the design position. In essence, the design needs to sit within a portrait-oriented rectangle.
  • Once they're finished, scan the design or take a photo of it - it's up to you as long as we can see the design clearly. Please make sure you keep the paper copy; if your child is selected as a winner, we'll need to have it posted to us.
  • Send it through to marketing@totalmerchandise.co.uk along with a few details: the name of your child, the school year your child will be in from the autumn (for example, Year 4) and your phone number.
  • The winners will be chosen by our directors over the summer and will be notified via email.

We might even share some entries on our social media channels along the way, so make sure you're following us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and keep your eyes peeled!

COMPETITION CLOSING DATE EXTENDED!

We've been so impressed by the entries we've received so far that the competition closing date has been extended to Friday 24 July 2020. So what are you waiting for? Good luck - and we can't wait to see the designs!

Important Reading: The Competition Artwork Guidelines

Your child's artwork will be printed onto our Gildan Kids Softstyle T-Shirts (T-shirts in white and artwork in full colour).

Please ensure your child's artwork sits predominantly within the outlined area shown below. The space within the red rectangle below is the print area of the T-shirt and as such, we are unable to print on other areas of the T-shirt, including the neckline, back and sleeves.
