Promotional Giveaways for Your Most Loyal Customers

It is always important to reward customers loyalty and one of the best ways to do so is through personalised giveaways.

Loyalty is vital in business, if a company doesn't have loyal customers then it is unlikely they will succeed without spending vast amounts of money on promotion to gain new customers. For this reason, marketers list increasing brand loyalty as one of their main marketing strategies. It is far easier to resell to someone who has already purchased from your brand. In fact, in a survey of senior marketers, over 69% stated they found loyalty one of the most useful factors.

However, brand loyalty isn't as simple as it repurchasing. For example, customers may purchase from a brand but it doesn't mean they are actually happy with them. They may just be purchasing from them out of convenience, or lack of alternatives. Therefore, repurchasing doesn't automatically mean the customer is loyal to the brand. True brand loyalty occurs when a customer doesn't want to go elsewhere, even when they have the options. It can also occur when a customer recommends a brand to other people, this indicates they are loyal as they are passing on their good experience to others.

When asked about their loyalty to a brand, customers perceived value, trust, satisfaction and commitment to be the key factors in whether they are loyal to a brand. These results mean that businesses have to offer an all round service in order to keep the loyalty of their customers.

So what exactly can help to increase brand loyalty? Of course you can reward customers with a reward card system, similar to large supermarkets. You could also offer customers an incentive for sticking with you, such as a discount from their next purchase or renewal. We think one of the best ways to increase brand loyalty is through the use of promotional merchandise and more specifically, personalised giveaways.

Personalised giveaways can be used as part of a reward scheme, as they can be used to provide an added incentive to customers. You could give your customers a personalised giveaway every time they purchase something with you. Something as simple as a USB or pen is going to make your customers remember you and your loyalty, if you were to give a printed USB then you are ensuring your business stays printed in the customers mind.

So when you want to increase brand loyalty, use personalised giveaways as your method.
