What our clients have to say about us
Great Products & Fantastic Service
The whole process of ordering merchandise for our company was easy and with the huge range of products available suited all our needs. Poppy S was on hand to answer any queries, and help with the production of the items we required to ensure they were just right. She was even able to arrange delivery in time for an event we were holding at short notice. We will definitely be using Total Merchandise again in the future.
Top product and service
I'm very satisfied with an order I placed for branded bags. The order process was smooth and efficient. The sales rep Poppy S was excellent.
Great Customer Service
From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted. Just wish other companies customer service was as good. Well done!!
Consistently Great Service
We've used Total Merchandise in the past, so we're a returning customer and we've yet to be disappointed. Eloise was fantastic and responsive - thanks to her support, we were able to order some branded lanyards on quite short notice. Total Merchandise has a seamless ordering process, so they're my first choice for branded goods.
