What our clients have to say about us
Valued Customer
We order frequently from TM and feel we are always supported and keep up to date with production and deliveries. Poppy S is our account manager and is always there to ensure we feel like a valued customer.
Great Service!
Great Service!! We had great service from our first enquiry to processing and producing our water bottles. Poppy S was our consultant and was very attentive and kept us regularly updating on our order progress and we received our order promptly - would highly recommend them. Great product as this was the second time we had ordered them, so you can tell it was quality.
Great service, as always
As always the ordering process was simple and straightforward. I really appreciate the full cost being shown online (so many other companies then add set up charges/postage). When a certain colour had sold out Isabelle came straight back with options from the supplier. Delivered quickly.
Consistently Great Service
We've used Total Merchandise in the past, so we're a returning customer and we've yet to be disappointed. Eloise was fantastic and responsive - thanks to her support, we were able to order some branded lanyards on quite short notice. Total Merchandise has a seamless ordering process, so they're my first choice for branded goods.
