Great products and customer experience
I've used Total Merchandise a number of times over the past few years and have always been happy with the service and products. Many thanks to Eloise for a great job done this year with our Xmas bags, it was a challenge due to issues on our side, but she persevered and got our product out exactly as we wanted on time and on budget. Thankyou.
We had a great experience
We had a great experience with Total Merchandise! A special thank you to Poppy S, who was fantastic to deal with, she was friendly, responsive, and always happy to help, making everything smooth and stress-free. The quality of service was excellent, look forward to working with them again!
I streated to order some engraved pens on a Friday and by a week later on the Saturday they arrived. I really didn't believe they would be made and delivered in such a short time. The help I got from Eloise in their Colchester branch was excellent. The pens are exactly what I wanted. Great Cutomer Serviece. Well done.
