Very impressed with product and customer service, in particular Eloise French. Initial enquiries met with speed and professionalism, and sample requested arrived quickly. From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted.
