Promotional Large Moleskine Soft Cover Ruled Notebook measure just under A5, covered in soft hard-wearing, high-quality synthetic 'Moleskine' containing 192 pages (96 sheets) of acid-free, ivory 70gsm lined paper. These professional notebooks are practical, with a touch of class for any executive that also offers elastic closures, thread bindings, expandable inner pockets and are supplied with information cards featuring details on the history of Moleskine. All Moleskine books now conform to sustainable standards, and to achieve this the outer material has changed in composition slightly. This change has meant that when blind embossing we no longer get the bright glossy finish which some customers particularly like, unless we introduce a black or clear foil to the process. When placing an order, please specify if you would prefer a matt finish or deep gloss finish.

Very impressed with product and customer service, in particular Eloise French. Initial enquiries met with speed and professionalism, and sample requested arrived quickly. They didn't bombard me with hard sell emails or phone calls once sample and quote sent either (unlike some companies who i now refuse to use!) Product ordered were house shaped tape measure keyring with 2 colour branded panel, and they arrived within the timeframe given and are even better than I imagined they would be. Cannot wait to use these at a business show we are attending soon.
Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience
Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.
Pens for Expo Giveaway
We approached Total Merchandise for some giveaways for a Expo we were doing. Time was fairly short but the Support from Eloise was great throughout - from selection of products, approval of artwork and confirmation of delivery dates, communication was clear and reasonably quick. The pens we ordered arrived on the promised date and we're really happy with the quality of the product and the printing. Would happily recommend
