I contacted Hannah for our internal organisational programme for some merchandise. Hannah has been exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful throughout the process. From initial calls to delivery. She has helped bring my visions to reality. The products ordered have been exceptional quality. Will not be the last time ordering from Hannah!
The whole process of ordering merchandise for our company was easy and with the huge range of products available suited all our needs. Poppy S was on hand to answer any queries, and help with the production of the items we required to ensure they were just right. She was even able to arrange delivery in time for an event we were holding at short notice. We will definitely be using Total Merchandise again in the future.
Amiee was fantastic, I asked for her arrange some products very late but she was accommodating and helpful. I go hear every year and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Really good quality products, smooth design and sign off process, really well managed by Jess Hickman
