The notebook contains 50 sheets of off-white recycled paper and a recycled natural card front cover that is wire bound together along the long edge.

Your eco notebook has a separate inserted page after the cover that contains a seeded paper filled with wildflower seeds and a planting instruction insert for you to be able to plant this page and watch it grow! Just place the paper into 1cm of soil, water well, ensure that the soil is always moist to touch, and keep the planted paper in a warm and naturally bright area. Allow the sprouts to continue growing into flowers before re-planting or re-potting.
