Great Customer Service
From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted.
