Coordination was excellent, from the original quote right through to delivery, and everything was managed very efficiently. We dealt with Tania Lee, who made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. There was a small issue with the wrong item arriving due to a miscommunication, but this was handled professionally and promptly.
