What our clients have to say about us
Great service
Great service - Poppy Saville was so helpful! Normally my colleague places our merch orders but was away on holiday and Poppy was an absolute star, answered all my questions and helped confirm the ordering and proofing process for me and kept me up to speed at every step. Great service, thank you !
Great products and customer experience
I've used Total Merchandise a number of times over the past few years and have always been happy with the service and products. Many thanks to Eloise for a great job done this year with our Xmas bags, it was a challenge due to issues on our side, but she persevered and got our product out exactly as we wanted on time and on budget. Thankyou.
Products were delivered days earlier…
Products were delivered days earlier than what we expected which was great. The designs were as expected. Our consultant Eloise was extremely helpful in the process and patient as we changed the artwork after placing order. Communication was smooth throughout the process and I can honestly recommend Total Merchandise to anyone.
Calm and Professional Service
Huge credit to Eloise, this was a last-minute order with a pressing deadline and coupled with some staff absence here, I feared the order might go horribly wrong. I should not have been too concerned, Eloise was calm and professional throughout and our order arrived with time to spare. Many thanks!
