The focal and pupillary distance can be adjusted using the buttons located on the top of the glasses to suit people with different vision types. Simply secure your phone within the plastic tray and slide back in to the headset to start viewing. The phone displayed in the image is an iPhone 6 plus (not included). The maximum dimensions of a phone that will fit within the tray are H= 157mm, W= 77mm, D= 7mm. Basic instructions provided.
