The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. I streated to order some engraved pens on a Friday and by a week later on the Saturday they arrived.
