Great customer service and quality products
Excellent service from Total Merchandise from start to finish. Poppy S was responsive, patient and helpful throughout the process, particularly while we worked through several design changes to get everything right. Great for Small Charities
As a very small, volunteer led, local charity the South Cleveland Heart Fund have used Total Merchandise for promotional products for the past few years. For smaller orders such as ours, their costs are very reasonable, their Merchandise Consultants are so helpful - and patient - especially as we do not understand the technical aspects required of the artwork!
