From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted. Just wish other companies customer service was as good. Well done!!

Consistently Great Service

We've used Total Merchandise in the past, so we're a returning customer and we've yet to be disappointed. Eloise was fantastic and responsive - thanks to her support, we were able to order some branded lanyards on quite short notice. Total Merchandise has a seamless ordering process, so they're my first choice for branded goods.

I streated to order some engraved pens on a Friday and by a week later on the Saturday they arrived. I really didn't believe they would be made and delivered in such a short time.The help I got from Eloise in their Colchester branch was excellent. The pens are exactly what I wanted.
