Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience
Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.
Great Customer Service
From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted. Just wish other companies customer service was as good. Well done!!
