What our clients have to say about us
Great Experience
I had a great experience! The metal key chains I ordered look great and my merchandise consultant Eloise French was really helpful and responded to all my queries very quickly.
Great service from Total Merchandise - our tote bags had a sharp print and were true to our brand colours and Poppy S was great to work with.
Great Service and fast turnaround
Great Service and fast turnaround. Jessica was really helpful. I was kept informed at every step. The whole process was seamless. I am delighted with my branded merchandise
Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience
Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.
