Great Customer Service

From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted. Just wish other companies customer service was as good. Well done!!

I streated to order some engraved pens on a Friday and by a week later on the Saturday they arrived. I really didn't believe they would be made and delivered in such a short time. The help I got from Eloise in their Colchester branch was excellent. The pens are exactly what I wanted. Great Cutomer Serviece. Well done.

Repeat Customer

Customer service was really good and confirmed order details - which had to be slightly changed. Really pleased with the quality of items and service received.

Great Experience

I had a great experience! The metal key chains I ordered look great and my merchandise consultant Eloise French was really helpful and responded to all my queries very quickly.
