What our clients have to say about us
Valued Customer
We order frequently from TM and feel we are always supported and keep up to date with production and deliveries. Poppy S is our account manager and is always there to ensure we feel like a valued customer.
Great Customer Service
From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted. Just wish other companies customer service was as good. Well done!!
Friendly and efficient service
Friendly and efficient service. We have used Total Merchandise a few times now, and have always found them to be friendly and efficient. On our most recent purchase Eloise French was particularly helpful.
Great Service!
Great Service!! We had great service from our first enquiry to processing and producing our water bottles. Poppy S was our consultant and was very attentive and kept us regularly updating on our order progress and we received our order promptly - would highly recommend them. Great product as this was the second time we had ordered them, so you can tell it was quality.
