Made in the UK from recyclable PP Plastic (99%) and 1% Antibacterial additive. The lid and tumbler are 100% recyclable* and each comes packed in a home compostable bag.
The Americano Pure Coffee Cup has been proven to reduce the growth of harmful bacteria by 99.95% (in independent testing conducted by Industrial Microbiological Services). Its design provides antimicrobial protection for the lifetime of the cup thanks to the addition of the Biomaster antimicrobial agent at the point of manufacture.
The antibacterial technology works by:
- Binding to the bacteria's cell wall and disrupting its growth
- Interfering with enzyme production to stop the cells from producing energy
- Interrupting their DNA to prevent replication of bacterial cells
- Providing constant protection for the life of the cup - bacteria land on the surface and cannot survive.
The sleek white design instantly communicates its clinical properties and also easily lends itself to all corporate colours and designs.
