We ordered a large amount of items and the entire process was handled extremely well from start to finish. Great Service We've placed an order for 300 Architect rulers with Total Merchandise and was dealing with Amiee who has always been helpful. She turned around our proofs quickly and we were kept informed of progress. We had several changes to the ruler and she was very professional and ensured the new proofs were sent out for our sign off in good time.
