Very impressed with product and customer service, in particular Eloise French. Initial enquiries met with speed and professionalism, and sample requested arrived quickly. They didn't bombard me with hard sell emails or phone calls once sample and quote sent either (unlike some companies who i now refuse to use!) Product ordered were house shaped tape measure keyring with 2 colour branded panel, and they arrived within the timeframe given and are even better than I imagined they would be. Cannot wait to use these at a business show we are attending soon.

I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted.
