Poppy S was our consultant and was very attentive and kept us regularly updating on our order progress and we received our order promptly - would highly recommend them. Great product as this was the second time we had ordered them, so you can tell it was quality.
Bringing My Vision to Life!
I contacted Hannah for our internal organisational programme for some merchandise. Hannah has been exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful throughout the process. From initial calls to delivery. She has helped bring my visions to reality. The products ordered have been exceptional quality. Will not be the last time ordering from Hannah!
Excellent service again from Total…
Excellent service again from Total Merchandise. Poppy S was brilliant to deal with throughout our latest order of premium flasks for Merlin. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the finished flasks look great. We switched to Total Merchandise a few years ago, and the consistently high level of service is exactly why we continue to use them. Thanks again to Poppy and the team!
