Book Shaped Erasers

Great service from Total Merchandise - our tote bags had a sharp print and were true to our brand colours and Poppy S was great to work with.

Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience

Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.

Pens for Expo Giveaway

We approached Total Merchandise for some giveaways for a Expo we were doing. Time was fairly short but the Support from Eloise was great throughout - from selection of products, approval of artwork and confirmation of delivery dates, communication was clear and reasonably quick. The pens we ordered arrived on the promised date and we're really happy with the quality of the product and the printing. Would happily recommend

Excellent service again from Total…

Excellent service again from Total Merchandise. Poppy S was brilliant to deal with throughout our latest order of premium flasks for Merlin. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the finished flasks look great. We switched to Total Merchandise a few years ago, and the consistently high level of service is exactly why we continue to use them. Thanks again to Poppy and the team!
