She immediately was able to source what we needed, was easy to contact and a pleasure to speak with. Our products arrived as promised on time and look great. Will definitely use in future.

Just had a delivery of pens from Total Merchandise. Poppy S organised the design work for us and was more than happy to help, despite me asking for multiple options to be mocked up. The pens and printing were exactly as described, and they were produced and delivered to us really quickly!
