Once again great service and products from Total Merchandise - Poppy S was so helpful in getting the products just right for our requirements. A smooth process from start to finish and prompt delivery. Would highly recommend.
I streated to order some engraved pens on a Friday and by a week later on the Saturday they arrived. I really didn't believe they would be made and delivered in such a short time. The help I got from Eloise in their Colchester branch was excellent. The pens are exactly what I wanted. Great Cutomer Serviece. Well done.
