Mini Felt Tip Set

Valued Customer

We order frequently from TM and feel we are always supported and keep up to date with production and deliveries. Poppy S is our account manager and is always there to ensure we feel like a valued customer.

Great service from Total Merchandise - our tote bags had a sharp print and were true to our brand colours and Poppy S was great to work with.

Perfect branded Toblerones

So happy with the branded Toblerones we ordered. Poppy S was very helpful in pulling together the quote and getting the order out to us on time for our event. Couldn't ask for more. Would happily recommend.

Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience

Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.
