Love Hearts Sweets Pot

Great product

Great product, have ordered several times in the past. Jessica Hickman pulled out the stops for us, amazing service and communication all the way through production, even managed to improve on a delivery time for us as well. Thank you again for your help with the order, appreciated

I’ve used Total Merchandise previously…

I’ve used Total Merchandise previously and chose to return because of the fantastic quality of the products we received. I worked with Poppy S, who was brilliant throughout the process. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience

Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.

I streated to order some engraved pens on a Friday and by a week later on the Saturday they arrived. I really didn't believe they would be made and delivered in such a short time. The help I got from Eloise in their Colchester branch was excellent. The pens are exactly what I wanted. Great Cutomer Serviece. Well done.
