Very impressed with product and customer service, in particular Eloise French. Initial enquiries met with speed and professionalism, and sample requested arrived quickly. They didn't bombard me with hard sell emails or phone calls once sample and quote sent either (unlike some companies who i now refuse to use!) Product ordered were house shaped tape measure keyring with 2 colour branded panel, and they arrived within the timeframe given and are even better than I imagined they would be.
