Pens for Expo Giveaway
We approached Total Merchandise for some giveaways for a Expo we were doing. Time was fairly short but the Support from Eloise was great throughout - from selection of products, approval of artwork and confirmation of delivery dates, communication was clear and reasonably quick. Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience
Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.
