What our clients have to say about us
Re-ordering made easy
We have previously used Total Merchandise so was grateful that as a returning customer I didn't need to dig out or make up new design files to get my re-order underway. Poppy S was very helpful and made the whole process easy and a joy to work with.
Very Good Experience - Poppy S was particularly helpful
Very smooth experience, Poppy S walked us through every step of the process. Very happy with the multi-tools purchased.
Great Experience
I had a great experience! The metal key chains I ordered look great and my merchandise consultant Eloise French was really helpful and responded to all my queries very quickly.
