Flag fabrics are susceptible to damage caused by dirt, moisture, sun exposure, and other damaging elements. To extend the life expectancy of the flag the manufacturer advises:

• Prior to using and storing, wash your flag down in mild detergent and thoroughly rinse
• Do not fold when wet
• Take your flag down in severe weather
• Storew the flags at dusk each day
• Keep your flagpole free of rust and oxidation which can stain and damage the flag fabric
