Very impressed with product and customer service, in particular Eloise French. Initial enquiries met with speed and professionalism, and sample requested arrived quickly. They didn't bombard me with hard sell emails or phone calls once sample and quote sent either (unlike some companies who i now refuse to use!) Product ordered were house shaped tape measure keyring with 2 colour branded panel, and they arrived within the timeframe given and are even better than I imagined they would be. Cannot wait to use these at a business show we are attending soon.
Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience
Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.
