They didn't bombard me with hard sell emails or phone calls once sample and quote sent either (unlike some companies who i now refuse to use!) Product ordered were house shaped tape measure keyring with 2 colour branded panel, and they arrived within the timeframe given and are even better than I imagined they would be.
