Very happy with the goods, overall a great experience

Very happy with the goods received and the design and delivery process. The online tool is slick and makes things easy to manage, the designers were responsive to changes, and Eloise managed everything smoothly. I would say the product images could be better to allow a closer inspection of the product before ordering. We had a tight turnaround and were happy with what we chose, but of course it's always better to have time in hand to get samples first. Overall, a great experience for a new customer.

Great service from Total Merchandise - our tote bags had a sharp print and were true to our brand colours and Poppy S was great to work with.

Poppy S was amazing at helping us

Poppy S was amazing at helping us, so responsive, the products have arrived in perfect order, quickly, well packed and really lovely quality. Total Merchandise is our first port of call when ordering our marketing materials

Eloise was very easy to work with…

Eloise was very easy to work with throughout the process of approving the design and ordering/delivery of the printed tablecloth. Would definitely recommend Total Merchandise to other organisations.
