What our clients have to say about us
Valued Customer
We order frequently from TM and feel we are always supported and keep up to date with production and deliveries. Poppy S is our account manager and is always there to ensure we feel like a valued customer.
Great Customer Service
From my first conversation with Eloise who helped me place my order for some engraved pens the customer service was excellent. I hadn't left a lot of time for the pens to be delivered before I needed them and really didn't think they would arrive in time but they arrived with three days to spare, The pens were exactly what I wanted. Just wish other companies customer service was as good. Well done!!

Communication was excellent, and she made everything straightforward from start to finish. I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to help and the quick delivery in time for our event. I would definitely recommend Poppy and Total Merchandise.
