Can you brand promotional mugs with my logo?
Yes, all of our mugs can be branded with your design. Like many of our drinkware items, mugs offer a generous print area that will give you ample space to display your logo, slogan, contact details or even campaign imagery!
Mugs can be branded in a number of ways, including striking one-colour print, vibrant full colour and even elegant engraving; a mug's available branding options can be viewed at the top of its product page. Are any of your mugs made from eco-friendly materials?
While many of our mugs are ceramic, we also have a selection of available, which are made from materials like reclaimed plastic or recycled stainless steel.
A number of our mugs are also appropriate for recycling post-use; if an item is recyclable post-use, this information will be clearly stated within the “Key Features” section of its product page.
What design features should I look out for when choosing promotional mugs?
There are a number of design details you should consider when picking the perfect mugs for your marketing campaign. These include…
- Print possibilities. Some mugs are available to wraparound print, while others can only be printed on in smaller, more specific area.
- Internal colour. Some of our mugs can be printed on the internal wall of the mug, resulting in an extra splash of brand identity. We can also print your logo on the interior base of some mugs. Just ask your account handler for more information!
- It's all in the (design) detail. We have a number of mugs that boast interesting design details, including cork bases, built-in lids and carabiner handles.
While we're on the subject of design features, don't forget to check the capacity of your chosen mugs. Most of our mugs boast a capacity of 300ml-500ml as standard (this is the size of a normal coffee cup), although some have capacities that are smaller or larger than this. Capacity information can be found in the "Key Features" section of an item's product page, or by asking your account handler.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Many of our company branded mugs have an MOQ of 36 units. Traditionally speaking, this is usually the minimum number of mugs that can be ordered due to manufacturing and packaging processes.
Need a smaller quantity? Some of our mugs can be ordered from just 25 units. Use our “Quantity” filter (at the top of this page) to find the right match for your needs.
Are samples available?
Plain stock samples of many of our mugs can be ordered directly from an item’s product page, via the "Request a sample" button. For premium options, however, this isn’t possible, and you will need to contact your account handler to arrange a sample.
Are your mugs safe to put in a dishwasher or microwave?
This varies by product, so please check the individual product page for details. Many of our ceramic mugs are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe, making them a practical everyday choice for offices and homes alike.
