  4. Workplace wellbeing: this is pursuing your interests, values, and purpose to gain meaning, happiness, and enrichment professionally.
  5. Societal wellbeing: being able to actively participate in a thriving community, culture, and environment.

All of the above work inline with one another, especially so in the typical working environment. For instance, if your employee's emotional wellbeing is low, this will likely affect their productivity levels at work. Likewise, if your staff's workplace wellbeing is poor, you're very likely to see a high staff turnover.
