Total Merchandise is one of the UK's largest promotional merchandise suppliers. Based in a converted dairy farm in Essex they have been providing companies with printed business gifts, branded promotional items and personalised corporate products for 10 years now and have made a name for themselves through their quality products and friendly customer service. Total Merchandise is very happy and proud to announce that this year they are celebrating a decade in the industry.
Total Merchandise was founded in 2004 by friends David Stoddart and Jason O'Connor in a modest lounge in Essex. They were shortly joined by their now Finance Director and Owner, Michelle Stoddart. 2005 was an exciting year for Total Merchandise as they welcomed their very first member of staff, as well as opening a second office. Today, their team has now expanded and includes an Art and Design team, Samples Department, Product Development Manager, Web Site Developers, System Developers and Dedicated Sales Advisors. Another big year for the company was 2006 when they were recognised for their achievements and awarded the 'Business Britain' award. In 2010 a new and exciting venture transpired in the form of a sister company called Promotional Merchandise.
Co-owner of Total merchandise, David Stoddart spoke of the 10-year achievement during their annual SMArties awards announcement, saying “it's extra special for us this year because it's been 10 years since we started the company in a little lounge in Essex. We're really happy now, 25 staff in the office, a team of 10 people externally, everything's great and I want to thank everybody for all your support, we really do appreciate it.”
In honour of entering their second decade as a company, Total Merchandise has been celebrating in style. They have held an extra special SMArties awards for their dedicated social media followers, offered various discounts through their website and released a video reflecting on their extremely successful growth throughout the 10 years.
